Counseling, Consultation and Connection

  • The perinatal period is hard—emotionally, physically, and in ways that often go unseen. About 1 in 5 birthing parents experience perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), but many are told it's just “the baby blues.” You are not alone, and with help, you can get better.

Whether you’re trying to conceive (TTC), grieving a loss, navigating TFMR, living with the heartbreak of infertility, or in the thick of postpartum life, it’s okay to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure. If you’re parenting a neurodivergent child or one with disabilities or complex medical needs, you may carry emotional weight others can’t see. The pressure, the fear, the moments of guilt or doubt—they’re real. And they don’t make you a bad parent.

With support, healing is possible. Through compassionate conversations, we’ll work to calm the crisis, strengthen your coping skills, and reconnect with your sense of confidence and self. My approach blends skill-building, motivational support, and meaningful personal exploration.

You don’t have to hold it all alone.

  • Are you struggling to feel satisfied or at peace in your life? Do you carry pain from past trauma, or feel overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, or hopelessness? Whether you're adjusting to a new identity—like becoming a parent—or grappling with the weight of childhood wounds, loss, or difficult transitions, these experiences can cast long shadows.

Those shadows may touch your relationships, your work, your creativity, your sense of well-being. Pain and trauma can steal our connection to others and to ourselves. Shame can keep us hidden, silent, and isolated. But you are not alone.

Our work together will be compassionate, intentional, and deeply respectful of your strengths, culture, and lived experience. Healing is possible—and you don’t have to go it alone.

I work with individuals aged 13 and up.

  • Group support can be a powerful way to connect, heal, and feel less alone in your journey. I’m developing future offerings for groups focused on pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, reclaiming identity beyond caregiving, and more.

Groups are currently in development—details to come.
